My focus is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all my patients. I want to instill comfort so that patients can feel at ease asking questions and understanding all their treatment options. A person’s smile is one of the first things you notice about them, which is why the preservation and maintenance of teeth is essential to a happy and healthy life!

Growing up, I did not understand why people were afraid of the dentist. I always had great experiences with my childhood dentist! As I grew up and became interested in the medical field, I shadowed at and had experience in several healthcare offices. As a senior in high school, I shadowed a dentist who let me be hands on from day one at his office. The excitement I had was unmatched and I felt that this was truly a career I would enjoy.

I studied psychology at Indiana University for my undergraduate degree. It helped give me a thorough understanding of the human mind and allows me to implement techniques to ease the anxiety that so many experience in relation to dentistry. I continued at Indiana University’s School of Dentistry for my Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

I aspire to treat patients with a variety of conditions and provide care for all, regardless of need or financial situation. I have been involved with Give Kids a Smile, the Ronald McDonald House, Gleaners Food Bank, and provided free dental care through IUSD as a student at their free clinic.

As a member of the Seattle Study Club and certified in both Invisalign® and Botox®, I stay current with the ever-changing practice of dentistry with a variety of continuing education. Additionally, I am a member of the following, all of which provide education and professional development:

  • American Dental Association
  • Indiana Dental Association
  • Indianapolis District Dental Society
  • American Academy of Facial Esthetics

Originally from Muncie, I currently reside in Fishers with my Bernedoodle named Lainey. When I’m not at work, I enjoy cooking (my specialty is shrimp tacos!), spending time with my friends and family, and exploring all the great things that the Fishers community offers.
